Please read all informations and policies before booking your appointment. Deposit policy A non refundable / non transferable deposit require to secure your appointments. The deposit will be applied towards the procedure fees on the day of your appointment/ Confirmation & Reminder As a courtesy, we will send you a text CONFIRMATION 4-2 days prior to appointment, an email, text REMINDER prior to appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, misses appointment and cancellation fees. Cancellations/ NO SHOWS We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment tor you may be charged a cancellation fee. Keep in mind that when you forget to cancel your appointment. We can not fill that slow and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to take services. You must arrive no later than 15 MINUTES from your schedule appointment time. After 15 ministers, your appointment will be considered as “NO SHOW” and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. RESCHEDULE POLICY Reschedule can be done at max 3 time. If you must reschedule, please allow at least 3 days of advance notice. Anything within that 3 days before your schedule appointment, you will not be able to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to make an appointment. No guest policy Please refrain from bringing guest with you to your appointment due to cross contamination and interruption. The studio is small and does not allow for extra people not getting services. In case you need to translate for a family. Please let us know before your appointment. Touch up policy All touch up are done for EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY. If you book thi service and are not existing clients, you will be charged a new set of Brows Fee. Correction Policy For all previous work done e by another artist (Tattooed or micro-bladed..etc), please send a CLEAR photos of your bare brows to email, or direct message @seabrows_lash on instagram. There are some previous work that cannot be corrected so please make sure you send a photo of your brows prior to your appointment to avoid being canceled. Thank you for your understanding. Please read the DISQUALIFICATION LIST below prior to the booking: Anyone that age of 18 Anyone allergic to anesthesia, pigmentation, ointment or cream and makeup. Anyone who is currently pregnant, breastfeeding or lactating. Anyone who is diabetic. Anyone who is sick, covid, flu, etc… Anyone with glaucoma, and / or taking blood thinning medication. Anyone taking steroids medication Anyone who has cancer or undergoing chemotherapy or radiation. Anyone who has been treated with radiation or chemo therapy in the last 45 days. Anyone with skin diseases such as rashes, eczema, psoriasis, keloids, or hypertonic scaring on and around the treated area. Anyone with transmittable blood diseases (HIV, AIDS, HEPATITIS , etc) Anyone with bacterial and viral infection Anyone with undiagnosed skin conditions, rashes, blisters on and around the area Anyone with high blood pressure or valve disorder. Anyone one who had Botox or fillers done it’s the last 4 weeks prior to your appointment Anyone with healing disorder Anyone who is hemophiliac Anyone with a present open wound on and around the area Anyone with epilepsy or who has fainting spells EYELINER CLIENTS: keloids, spider veins, fresh scars around eyes, blister or allergies.
